What does the Group Assessment consist of?
The Assessment includes a group interview with several candidates and, over the course of half a day, a series of tests (both group and individual). These will challenge you with business cases and simulations of real-world scenarios. It’s a great opportunity to learn more about our company and walk away with useful job search tips.
Career paths
We offer a clear and structured career path, starting from Associate Consultant and advancing all the way up to Director.
Our performance review process includes regular feedback and two official evaluation moments throughout the year.
