ASSOCIATE PMO CONSULTANT (TO)

We are looking for an Associate PMO Consultant for our Turin office.

The resource will be placed in an environment of continuous growth and training and will be allocated to major international projects.

Main activities:

• Collect and analyze business requirements to adjust operational processes

• Develop functional specifications and related documentation

• Collaborate with the development team to design and implement IT solutions

• Participate in the testing phase of the solution

• Monitor the progress of the project phases and prepare documentation for the various stakeholders involved

Main requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in STEM/economic subjects (Economics, Management Engineering or equivalent)

• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills and proactivity

• Strong interest in IT project management

• Willingness to work in a team

• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Excellent knowledge of the English language (C1)

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN PRACTICE:

• You will gather requirements through assessments/meetings with the various business stakeholders involved in the Client's operational process and subsequent in-depth interviews;

• You will participate in the design of the best IT solution that supports the process, coordinating a systems integration vendor hired by the client;

• You will prepare functional analysis documentation by translating the requirements expressed in the previous steps;

• You will support the software vendor in resolving roadblocks that impede its development;

• You will plan and prepare the testing phases as soon as the system is ready;

• You will prepare and coordinate progress sals with various project stakeholders to provide work status

We are looking for a Digital Marketing PMO for our Turin office.

Main activities:

Primary responsibilities will include supporting the tracking of client online activities, collecting and analyzing data, defining and supporting marketing and communication strategies, providing insight into digital activities, and defining templates and strategies for visualizing and reporting activities.

• Collect and analyze data related to customer base, marketing activities, and web/mobile behaviors.

• Audit online digital activities, analyzing key metrics and identifying opportunities to improve their performance.

• Develop and present performance analyses, including "actionable insights" and recommendations.

• Support the design or creation of dashboards, reports, and visuals related to activity performance.

• Communicate and present results to colleagues, managers, customers, and partners in the client's digital ecosystem.

Main requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science or similar.

• Experience with analysis and reporting tools (PowerBI, Domo, R, Google/Adobe Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau...).

• Knowledge of digital marketing issues, also related to social, display and programmatic platforms.

• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills, as well as communication and presentation skills.

• Fluent English both spoken and written.

We are looking for a Digital PMO with at least 3 years of experience in the role to join our team in Turin:

Main activities:

• Plan and manage digital projects; define project goals, requirements, and delivery timeframes, creating a detailed plan to achieve them, and monitor project progress.

• Govern the system integrator, documenting business requirements and translating them into IT functional requirements for application development following IT guidelines and templates.

• Coordinate the development team, work closely with the development team to ensure that everyone is aligned and that activities are coordinated effectively.

• Communicate with clients; be the point of contact between the development team and clients, effectively communicating project goals and progress.

• Manage the proper planning and execution of UAT and E2E testing with technical teams and customers up to live design.

Main requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years of experience in the field or related area (B2C digital projects, websites or mobile apps)

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, Agile certification a plus

• Effective verbal and written communication skills, collaborating with development leads, internal colleagues, and management.

• Fluent written and spoken English.

• Work independently (with some supervision) and prioritize multiple competing assignments appropriately to meet deadlines while adapting to a rapidly changing environment.

• Willingness to work in a team

• Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC).
