Today the company offers footwear and accessories for the whole family, has 22 Conte’ branded stores in northern Italy and an ever-expanding online presence.

Omnichannel Strategy and Personalized Marketing: the Conte' approach
Conte’ adopted an omnichannel strategy to optimize marketing operations and improve customer journey management. The aim was to leverage CRM and marketing automation for more personalized and targeted communications by refining customer segmentation and profiling.
The company’s goal was to increase Influence Rate, the share of revenue generated by proactive customer initiatives, and maximize sales conversion by increasing penetration and purchase frequency in its stores and on its e-commerce.
THE SOLUTION
Aeonvis' support for Conte': sales optimization and customer journey automation
Aeonvis supported Conte’ on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud processes, and the creation and automation of customer journeys. In order to improve the visibility of the composition of its customer base, segments were created based on purchasing behaviors through an RFM model developed on Tableau, thus enabling the activation of campaigns with customized messages and offers.
In addition, specific KPIs were defined to monitor the success of mutilocal campaigns (DEM and SMS) and influence rate, with the aim of optimizing sales.
