The Dare Forward strategic plan charts the company’s transformation into an innovative technology company, within which the Connected Vehicle program plays a key role.

THE CHALLENGE

A galaxy of services for a single goal

Software X, the Stellantis division that takes care of vehicle technological evolution with a view to continuous innovation, periodically develops and releases new software features for the totality of the Group’s models.

The Program involves dozens of suppliers and sees development centers spread across geographies, with a single goal: to equip new models with the most advanced digital capabilities on areas such as infotainment, autonomous driving and electrification, generating value for the company by enabling new business services.

THE ROLE

Governance and expertise: the role of Aeonvis in complex programs

Within the framework of the program, Aeonvis brings its 360° governance expertise: our consultants play various roles within the project organization, from technical lead to feature architect, from project to program manager.
We work as an enabler in the Program economy, orchestrating the different components of the teams: our contribution covers both aspects of technology governance and business provider management, providing a comprehensive and quality service, ensuring that objectives are met.
